Our “Sunshine Sand Dollars” are rich, incredibly buttery shortbread cookies shaped like the sand dollars we like to collect on Gilley Beach.

We blind taste tested a lot of butters for our shortbread, including some European imports. Luckily for us, Kate's Homemade Butter, a small family owned Maine producer, won hands down. Kate's Homemade Butter is the 2006 World Dairy Expo Dairy Champion in the Salted Butter category!
Just like the warmth of an island kitchen, our shortbreads are meant to be savored. As they are for us, we hope they'll become one of "your simple pleasures." Each package of “Sand Dollars” contains six shortbread cookies, each about two inches in diameter. They are packaged in a charming yellow and white checked box.
