Dessert of the Month Club

First Month - What could be more delicious than chocolate and raspberries all wrapped up in one little gift? Three of our Gourmet Whoopie pies paired with juicy Maine raspberry sauce. Fillings for these whoopie pies are: one original, one cointreau and orange zest, & one champagne.

Serving Suggestion:

Second Month - Two packages of our Island Buttermilk cakes made from a 100 year old Island recipe. Organic Maine Apple Topping made with crisp, tart Maine apples which blends beautifully with the old fashioned flavor of our clam shaped cakes. Try one package with Ice cream and the other with some Sharp cheddar cheese.

Serving Suggestion:

Third Month - Two of our incredibly rich buttery shortbread "Lobster" cookies wrapped in a tangy lemon glaze. Along with some soothing organic Blueberry lemon or Cranberry Orange Herbal Tea.

Fourth Month - Two luscious gourmet whoopie pies, one with original filling, and one with chocolate filling.

Fifth Month - Our signature shortbread cookies made with homemade Maine butter - a package of our Rosemary sand dollars and a package of our plain sand dollars, accompanied by Maine Blueberry topping-elegant and delicious!

Sixth Month - Two packages of Blueberry Island Buttermilk Cakes - wonderful any time of day. Try them with strawberries and ice cream for the best blueberry/strawberry shortcake you've ever had!
