...the mussels we picked out by the Maypole were the sweetest we ever tasted... Inspired by these, we transformed our favorite childhood treat, the Whoopie Pie, into a decadent grown up dessert. We use only the finest ingredients in our version of this Maine classic. In addition to homemade Maine butter, we use local eggs from free range chickens (a happy chicken lays a better egg), pure Maine spring water, unbleached flour, organic vanilla, rich cocoa, and Maine sea salt.

Our delicious whoopie pies were even featured on the Martha Stewart Show! People tell us that these are the best whoopie pies on the planet!
